Do we need to move everything into PharmStack?
No. You can start with what you need, links, workflows, or documents, and expand over time.
Do I need IT support?
No. PharmStack runs in your browser and can be set as your homepage in minutes.
How it fits your pharmacy

No. PharmStack sits alongside your dispensing, packing, and supplier systems, it brings everything together in one place.
Do we need to change how we work?

Multi-store & groups
Can we use this across multiple stores?
Yes. Each store has its own workspace, with optional shared documents and central control for head office. Connected Pharmacies adds read-only cross-store stock search for groups, separate from Stock Locations, which is for warehouse and storage areas within one store.
Products & stock
Is "Do we have this in stock?" included in Core?
Yes. POS sync, barcode and SKU search, shelf locations, and AI stock questions are included in Core at $99/store/month. Stock Locations ($49) is an optional add-on for warehouses and secondary storage areas. Connected Pharmacies is a separate add-on for sister-store visibility across groups.
What is the difference between Stock Locations and Connected Pharmacies?
Stock Locations is within one store, warehouse, upstairs, back room, transfers, and pick lists ($49/store/month). Connected Pharmacies is group operations across multiple stores, serve customers faster across your network (from $99/month, includes up to 3 connected stores). They solve different problems for different buyers.

How is pricing structured?
PharmStack is priced per store, per month.
Core ($99/store/month), run the pharmacy:

Is Compliance included in Core?
No. Core ($99) covers daily operations, special orders, delivery, and clinical workflows. Compliance ($199) adds the full governance module, policies, audits, credentials, incidents, and readiness dashboard. Compliance includes everything in Core.
Is special order tracking included?
Yes, special order tracking is included in Core at no extra charge. Optional SMS to notify customers is $0.10 per message, you only pay for texts you send.
What is the Compliance plan?
Compliance is PharmStack's manager-focused upgrade ($199/store/month): policies, credentials, audits, incidents, fridge logs, and a readiness dashboard. It is not QSPP certification, PharmStack helps you organise and run compliance work; it does not certify your pharmacy.
Are there setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees.
What’s included in Local Marketing?
Birthday rewards, thank-you offers, loyalty discounts, goodwill gestures, and local announcements to opted-in customers, with offer redemption at the counter, verified domain sending, and email activity reporting. 5,000 marketing emails are included each month; additional sends are billed at $0.015 per email.
Do I need Local Marketing to use special orders?
No. Special order tracking is included in Core. Local Marketing is for customer relationships, rewards, offers, and opted-in email to your local customers.
Is Local Marketing the same as national banner promotions?
No. Banner groups and suppliers handle national campaigns and catalogues. Local Marketing is for your store’s customers, loyalty members, birthday rewards, goodwill gestures, and local announcements.
Is Local Marketing email the same as operational email?
No. Local Marketing is for customer relationships (with consent). Operational notifications, e.g. clinic or workflow alerts, are separate and are not billed as marketing emails.
Who can send local marketing messages?
Stores with Local Marketing enabled and completed email setup (domain verification and sender details). Your team manages messages from Marketing in the staff portal.
What about SMS for marketing?
Customer SMS for special orders is optional at $0.10 per message (tracking included in Core). Local Marketing focuses on email-based customer relationships and offers.
What is the Expiries (ShelfGuard) add-on?
Expiries is powered by ShelfGuard. ShelfGuard monitors expiry dates by bay; PharmStack surfaces counts on Home & Needs attention so staff act before write-off. Pricing playbooks recover value while stock can still sell. Expired stock syncs to your Compliance register.
What’s included in Expiries setup?
Onboarding includes bay configuration, staff orientation, and tier and pricing playbook setup. A barcode scanner and discount labels are included to get started.
Data & security
Is our data private?
Yes. Each pharmacy operates in its own secure environment. Your documents and data are not shared with other stores.
