Plan, prepare, and track packs—and send them straight to the next delivery run when needed. No retyping. No missed handoffs between the bench and the driver.

What is it?

Built for pharmacies that dispense Webster packs

Webster Planner replaces spreadsheets and paper lists with a structured digital workflow—so nothing gets missed and every pack is accounted for.

Works alongside your packing software

Webster Planner doesn't replace your packing system—it works alongside it.

Use your existing tools for packing and dispensing, while Webster Planner handles scheduling, visibility, and coordination across the team.

So everyone can see what's due, what's ready, and what needs to go out—without relying on memory or separate lists.

Planning, tracking, and delivery—without changing how you pack.

Highlights

One organised view

From scheduling to delivery, your entire Webster workflow stays in one place instead of spreadsheets and paper lists—without changing your existing packing setup.

Automatic scheduling

Anchor dates drive due dates forward so cycles stay accurate without manual calendar work.

Safe regeneration

Generate monthly runs with confidence—repeat as needed without creating duplicates.

Team accountability

Each step records who did the work, with overdue items clearly surfaced for the whole team.

Ready for delivery

Mark Webster packs for delivery and add them straight to the next scheduled run—no retyping, no missed handoffs between packing and delivery.

How it works

From cycles to the delivery run

  1. Set up cycles

Create packing cycles (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) with an anchor date. The planner uses this to calculate all future due dates.

  2. Add patients

Assign patients to a cycle and record doctor, clinic, pack count, and collection method (pickup, delivery, or post). Link to an existing customer record if needed.

  3. Generate runs

Generate pack runs for the entire month in one action—one per patient per due date. Safe to repeat without creating duplicates.

  4. Work the schedule

Move each pack run through your workflow steps—Print → Pack → Check → Deliver—with staff attribution recorded at each step.

Track packs through preparation and checking so nothing gets lost between the bench and the driver. Overdue runs are clearly surfaced.

  5. Hand off to delivery

When packs are checked and marked for delivery, add them to the next scheduled delivery run—no retyping, no missed handoffs.

Key features

Everything you need to run packs reliably

  • Automatic due-date scheduling — anchor-date logic handles weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles
  • Suspensions — pause a patient for a date range with a reason; runs in that period are skipped automatically
  • Configurable steps — show only the workflow stages your pharmacy uses
  • Staff attribution — record who printed, packed, checked, and delivered each run
  • Cycle & patient reconciliation — when schedules change, the planner prompts you to clean up and regenerate future runs
  • Pack history — view a patient’s full run history from their profile
  • Delivery handoff — checked packs marked for delivery can go straight onto your next Delivery Lists run

Pricing

Webster Planner is a free standalone add-on—no extra charge per store

Turn it on when you're ready. It works alongside Core and your other tools. With Delivery Lists, checked packs marked for delivery flow into the same run your driver uses—no duplicate data entry.
